Can you get into a Toowong apartment basement?

Often, but not always. Our service van needs roughly 2.1 metres of clearance and many blocks along Sherwood Road and High Street are lower than that. Where the van cannot get in, we park at street level and carry the glass and tools down to your bay by hand. Tell us the building when you call and we will sort it out before we set off.

I keep getting chips on the Western Freeway. Is that normal?

Yes, unfortunately. High-speed multi-lane roads with roadworks throw stone constantly, and the Western Freeway and Milton Road corridor is one of the worst in our service area for it. The habit worth forming is getting each chip repaired within a week or two — at that stage it is a 30-minute job.

Do you come out to Toowong on weekends?

We work weekdays only, 7am to 6pm. For a car parked at a Toowong unit block all week, an early 7am start or a late afternoon slot usually works without you taking time off — we only need access to the car, not to you.
