How do you make sure I get the right glass?

We identify the screen from the VIN and build details rather than the model name alone. Two cars of the same badge and year can take entirely different windscreens depending on whether they were optioned with heads-up display, acoustic laminate, a heated wiper park zone, a solar tint band or an ADAS camera. Getting that wrong is obvious the first night you drive.

Is aftermarket glass a problem?

Not inherently — quality aftermarket glass to the correct specification performs properly and is what most insurers fund. What causes trouble is fitting a lower specification than the car came with. We will tell you what we are quoting and why, and if you want original manufacturer glass specifically, we will price that too.

Do you do calibration on premium vehicles?
