Do you need power or water at the address?

No. The van carries everything — power, water, glass, primer, adhesive and a canopy if the weather turns. All we need is legal parking near the vehicle and about a metre of working room down one side of it.

The car is parked on the street, not in a driveway. Is that OK?

Completely fine, provided the parking is legal and not time-limited to less than the job takes. A chip repair fits inside a two-hour bay; a full replacement plus cure time does not, so for street parking we prefer an unrestricted stretch.

How do I know if mine is repairable?

Send a photo with something for scale — a coin next to the damage works well. Smaller than a 20-cent piece and away from the driver's line of sight is usually a repair. We will tell you honestly either way; talking you into a replacement you do not need is a bad way to keep a customer.
