Mobile windscreen repair in Kingston
Older housing, a busy railway station and a lot of cars doing short trips. Kingston jobs are usually repairs rather than replacements, and that is the way we like it.
Chip repairs in about 30 minutes, full windscreen replacements in 60 to 90. Same day on most bookings, no call-out fee to Kingston, and all insurers handled.
Repair first, honest pricing
A large share of the vehicles we do in Kingston are older, and a new windscreen is a serious expense on an older car. We check whether a repair will hold before quoting anything bigger, and we say so plainly when it will.
Talk it through with a technician-
Repair before replace
Resin repair costs a fraction of a new screen and keeps the factory seal. Always checked first.
-
Excess often waived
Many comprehensive policies waive the excess on a chip repair. Worth a call before paying anything.

Station park-and-ride
Leave the car at Kingston station, catch the train, come back to finished glass.

Old screen cut out cleanly, the pinchweld prepped and primed, new glass bonded with automotive urethane to the correct bead height.
60–90 minutesSide & rear glass
Door glass, quarter glass and rear windows, including vacuuming the shattered tempered glass out of the door cavity, carpet and seat rails.
Same visitADAS calibration
Forward-facing camera re-aimed to the manufacturer’s target spec after fitting, so lane keeping and emergency braking read the road correctly.

Is a new windscreen worth it on an older car?
Sometimes not, and we will tell you so. If the damage is outside the driver's view and not spreading, a repair may well see the car out. If it is in the wiper sweep, growing, or the car needs a roadworthy, replacement is the honest answer. We would rather give you the real picture than the expensive one.
Will insurance pay for a chip repair?
Very often, and many policies waive or reduce the excess for a repair specifically — some include one free chip repair a year. It costs nothing to check. Have the policy number ready when you call.
Can you do it at Kingston station?
Yes. Station park-and-ride works well for a full replacement: leave the car in the morning, take the train, and the glass is fitted and cured by the time you are back. Text us the bay area and rego.
