Mobile windscreen repair in Bahrs Scrub
New estates climbing the hills west of Beenleigh. Construction traffic, steep driveways and very new cars — which usually means a camera behind the glass.
Chip repairs in about 30 minutes, full windscreen replacements in 60 to 90. Same day on most bookings, no call-out fee to Bahrs Scrub, and all insurers handled.
New build, new cars, ADAS
Bahrs Scrub has been under construction for years. That brings two things: constant gravel and truck traffic on residential streets, and a young vehicle fleet where most replacements need calibration afterwards.

ADAS calibration on site
Most late-model cars need the forward camera re-aimed after a replacement. Quoted before we start.
-
Construction stone
Building traffic tracks gravel onto fresh seal. Low-speed chips, but a lot of them.
-
Steep estate driveways
We chock and work across the fall, or use the flat street out front.

Stone chip repair
Resin injected under vacuum into the break, cured and polished flush. Stops the chip spreading and keeps your original factory-sealed glass in the car.

Old screen cut out cleanly, the pinchweld prepped and primed, new glass bonded with automotive urethane to the correct bead height.
60–90 minutesSide & rear glass
Door glass, quarter glass and rear windows, including vacuuming the shattered tempered glass out of the door cavity, carpet and seat rails.
Same visitADAS calibration
Forward-facing camera re-aimed to the manufacturer’s target spec after fitting, so lane keeping and emergency braking read the road correctly.

Will my new car need calibration?
Very likely. If there is a camera housing behind the rear-view mirror, or the car has lane-keeping assist, autonomous emergency braking or adaptive cruise control, the camera must be re-aimed after the windscreen is replaced. Given how new the Bahrs Scrub fleet is, most cars we do here need it.
Is the calibration a surprise cost?
Not from us. It is quoted on the phone alongside the glass, before anything is booked. The figure you are told is the figure on the invoice.
The driveway is on a serious slope. Is that a problem?
Usually not — the technician chocks the wheels and works across the fall. Where the grade is severe we will ask you to move the car to the flat section of the street. Flag it when you book so we arrive expecting it.
